two square collage style cards side by side. card on the left features the word “stories” and shows two couples: 1) inset within a Polaroid are two men in formalwear as if on their wedding day or attending a wedding and 2) a man and a woman seemingly as tourists as the man is holding a vintage video camera as if to photograph her. The constellation of Pisces in gold ink rests between them and frames the profile of her face. The word “Venus” can be seen on the border. the card on the right, prominent features the words "aim true" and showcases a female archer aiming at a frame with an image of two apples and the planet Jupiter inside it. Around archer are images of an owl, an Afghan Hound, a film camera, a bowl of ice cream with three scoops, and a gymnast making flips over a lake.

Full Moon in Gemini 2025. Narrative Paths.

Hello hello. It’s been a long time, hasn’t it? Instead of an apologetic preamble, let’s just dive right in, shall we?

Tomorrow, on December 4th, we have a Full Moon in Gemini at 3:14pm Pacific Time. This moon is being ruled by a Mercury in Scorpio, fresh out of a retrograde that ended just a few days ago. Still, they’re not debilitated and they’re forming a trine to both Saturn and Jupiter. Together, this gives us a glittering bit of clarity over what’s in front of us… but it doesn’t quite elucidate what to do about it all.

Still, being able to see the terrain is better than keeping all of it obscured, ya know?

To help better understand this energy and what to do with it, I’ve got two cards for you from my “Refract & Reflect Oracle” deck for you: “stories” and “aim true.”

With this pairing, I want you to remember that although we don’t have control over everything in our lives (no man is an island after all), we do have control over the stories we repeat. In “stories,” we have a photograph of a couple in a happy moment and another with one of them using a Super 8 camera to record it. We curate our narratives with every memory we choose to document and keep. These are choices that are in our power, even if the world is loud and rude and confusing and heartbreaking.

However. If you’re holding onto everything, things can get messy and crowded. This is where “aim true” comes in. Ask yourself, “what is worth focusing on?” “What do I want?” Remember, if everything is important, then nothing is important. This card has a frenzy of activity and tasty treats that could distract the archer from her target (which happens to be Jupiter in the frame). But she’s got her sights set on what she wants.

Do you?

I invite you to also consider the trajectory that has led up to this moment. Full moons are for reflection after all. Six months ago (when the New Moon was in Gemini) should be the priority, but because we are in December, going all the way back to the beginning of the year feels fitting too.

What were the bright spots?

What pieces of the past can help shine a light on your path forward?

I published a deck of oracle cards AND one of affirmations! Both are on sale now!
